WASHINGTON - The FDA proposed Thursday a stricter recommended limit on the amount of lead, a highly toxic metal, allowable in certain types of children's candy.
One time in junior high a piece of pencil lead broke off in my calf. It's still there and I plan on keeping it for identifying information for when the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals clerks have me whacked.
